SOLO – that’s Stationery On-Line Ordering - takes the pain out of print procurement for large organisations whose stationery needs must cope with different divisions and branches, changes of address details and job titles, or the regular addition of new employees.

SOLO uses the internet to enable company representatives to generate their own business cards, letterheads, compliment slips and other stationery items from fixed and flexible templates. Layout is regulated so there’s no danger of unauthorised changes. On-screen proofs are instantly available, too, for amendment and final sign-off by those in the approval loop.

SOLO also delivers significant cost savings and speedier turn around as separate orders can be batch printed together. Templates can also be printed in advance based on previous order activity.
